We are established in the corporate wellbeing sector in providing credible evidence-based education on the risk factors that influence health.
From puberty to post-menopause and beyond
More often than not, our education and awareness sessions are the first time employees are allowed to learn more and what they can do to maintain good sexual and reproductive health. It is also a first for managers in developing knowledge and skills for managing sexual and reproductive health needs, like returning to or maintaining work after breast cancer treatment, debilitating symptoms of endometriosis, fertility issues, maternity and menopause.
To influence any sustained cultural or attitude change we need the understanding as to WHY we act and think like we do regarding sexual and reproductive health and how our attitudes and beliefs can reinforce negative stereotypes at work.
We know that it is not a level playing field and how characteristics of occupation, age, ethnicity and culture, ability, sex, gender, identity, beliefs, where you live, and how much you earn can influence health experiences - good and bad.
Education and training across the organisation facilitate the conversation surrounding sexual and reproductive good health and wellbeing. The sessions enable confidence and competency to discuss any internal and external support for symptoms or if a situation arises that is impacting an employee or manager
We deliver reproductive and sexual health education and management training to all employees. We examine the workplace risk factors contributing to disengagement, presenteeism and attrition and the responsibilities of managers, HR, health and safety and occupational health in their duty of care.
